Tunde Bakare

Patron

Dr. ‘Tunde Bakare is the Founding Pastor and Serving Overseer of The Latter Rain Assembly, a Lagos, Nigeria-based end-time church with a distinct prophetic mandate and cross-cutting influence beyond the pulpit, in line with the Kingdom mandate to exercise dominion over every sphere of human endeavour. He presides over the Global Apostolic Impact Network (GAIN), a network of churches, ministries and Kingdom businesses committed to advancing God’s Kingdom on earth, Latter Rain Ministries, Inc.(Church Development Centre) in Atlanta, USA, a ministry committed to restoring today’s church to the scriptural pattern, and is the host of the weekly television and radio programme, Moment of Truth.

In 2007, he founded the International Centre for Reconstruction and Development (ICRD), a not-for-profit research-led propositional platform committed to the transformation of African states. Through The Latter Rain Assembly, he has been a foremost voice bridging the gap between the pulpit, politics, and the people of Nigeria, most recently culminating in his convening the Save Nigeria Group (SNG) – a coalition of progressive political society organizations and individuals; noted for engendering significant political shifts – in 2010, his participation in 2011 general elections as a Vice-Presidential candidate to General Muhammadu Buhari on the platform of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), and in his selection as a South-West delegate to the 2014 National Conference in Nigeria.

A passionate lover and servant of God, a distinguished and relentless patriot, a trans-generational connector, and nation-builder. Dr. Bakare holds a Law degree from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), a Doctor of Ministry (honoris causa) from Indiana Christian University in recognition of his global reach and impact, and continues to harness people, platforms and resources towards the emergence of a New Nigeria. He is the author, most recently, of Strategic Intervention in Governance (Vol. 1) and The Proclamation of a New Dawn (Experiencing the Days of Heaven of Earth). He is married to ‘Layide Bakare (‘Mrs. B’), and they are blessed with five wonderful children.

Abiola Popoola

Chairman

Mr Abiola Popoola is the Chairman of Masterpiece Resource Development Centre. He is a seasoned professional coach and on the Board of Directors of the Company. He is the founding member as well as the Managing Partner of Context Consult. He has had extensive Organizational development and change management experience working both in Guinness Nigeria and Guinness Brewing worldwide. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the prestigious University of Ibadan and obtained an array of certifications which includes CIPMN and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.

He has had ample training both within (LBS, NECA, IPM, NIM) and outside Nigeria (Sun Ridge Park Management Centre, Kent; Cranfield University School of Business; Senior Management Development Retreats at Gleneagles in Scotland, Dublin in Ireland, Madrid in Spain and Cape Town in South Africa). His training and development efforts in the past fourteen (14) years has been tailored towards developing HR professional, management and leadership capabilities.

MODUPE OYEKUNLE is an industrialist with a passion to influence key sectors of the economy, be a change agent in rebuilding Nigeria and as an ardent lover of God impact lives and challenge entrepreneurs to live an integrated life whilst fulfilling their definite purpose on earth.

Having worked with top established educational institutes, her experience, and passion for impacting lives led to the establishment of Masterpiece Resource Development Centre in 2007 with a mission to Discover, Develop and Deploy entrepreneurs for accelerated national development. Through this platform, she has reached and affected the lives and businesses of over 10,000 persons and still counting. She also established His Masterpiece Schools with a mission to raise total and well-rounded children.

She has over the years positioned herself as a force to be reckoned with, which has led to her being appointed to seat on several boards of
organizations in the public and private sector and has also been recognized both locally and internationally. She is currently the President of Neca’s Network of Entrepreneur Women, the Deputy National Coordinator of ANWNB: a coalition of women business associations in Nigeria and a Board Member of National Orientation Agency (NOA).

She is an alumnus of the University of Lagos where she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. She also went further to get her Masters Degree in Human Resource management from Huddersfield University, United Kingdom. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of Lagos and her passion for education led her to further pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Nottingham University, United Kingdom. She is an alumnus of the Lagos business school, a trained trainer for the International Labour Organization (ILO) entrepreneurial modules and a trained life coach.

She is happily married to Pastor Rotimi Oyekunle and their marriage is blessed with a set of lovely twins and together they preside over His
Masterpiece Church.

Regina Olubunmi Fabamwo (Mrs.)

The Immediate past Director-General of Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre, Magodo, (May 2009 – May 2017).

As Director-General of Public Service Staff Development Centre, Magodo, she led the team in re-inventing, articulating and implementing strategic direction for the institutions relevance, impact within the context of the new VISION of LAGOS STATE. The centre also actively contributed to the Administration & Human Resources Reforms.

Mrs. R. Olubunmi Fabamwo is a hybrid of public & private Sector (over 3 decades) Management Experience and specializes in Human Resource Management and Capacity Building.

She is a highly experienced HR practitioner and facilitator, a certified Project Manager and coach who regularly provides consultancy advice to professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria, the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association and Financial Institutions Training Centre.

She is currently Lead Consultant/CEO of Thrive Management Consultancy Limited, where she consults on Human Resources management, Public Sector Capacity Building and Executive Coaching.

Oluwarotimi Oyekunle

Vice Chairman

Pastor Rotimi Oyekunle has over twelve years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, organizational leadership, systems and structure. As a seasoned registered town planner and a certified project manager, he has been involved in a number of project management within and outside Lagos state.

He Currently works as Senior Town Planner with the Lagos State Ministry of Urban and Regional Planning.

He is happily married to Pastor Modupe Oyekunle and they both pastor His Masterpiece Church – a ministry that has birthed a number of outreaches and organizations with a mission to raise a whole people of integrity in a perverse and crooked generation. Their marriage is blessed with children.

NORUWA EDOKPOLO

Board member/Faculty

Noruwa Joseph Edokpolo is an International Labour Organization (ILO) Certified Master Trainer, Certified Business Coach; he is also a Certified Customer Service Specialist with over two decade years of experience in Consultancy, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and over a decade as a Management/Business coach.

Noruwa started out in 1992 with SITA/EQUANT (Owner of the World’s largest Data Network) as a customer support specialist, he worked there for 8 years and was trained on different equipment platforms and customer service skills. Later in 2000, he joined Linkserve (Nigeria’s Foremost ISP) as Head, Customer Service department, there he helped the organization to create the customer service culture of the organization, he was also pioneer Head of the Wireless Marketing department of the organization. Noruwa left Linkserve in 2002 to set up Showers Information Technology Ltd (SITL) an ICT company providing both consultancy and telecommunication services for companies within and outside the country.

In 2003, Noruwa made a career shift into Management Consultancy and Business Coaching. In the last two decade he has been gathering experience in all aspects of business; from conception to actually running companies successfully. In 2008, that experience of gathering information gave birth a Management Consultancy named Transformed Thinking; a firm that delivers high level training for organizations in the area of Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Facilitation, Strategy and Training.
In April 2012, Mind+ Facilitation Company Nigeria Limited emerged from Transformed Thinking. Mind+ Facilitation services revolve around these four key areas; Organizational Development, Human Capacity Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Human Resource Outsourcing.

Noruwa is a certified Compass Aligned Performance Systems (CAPS) Facilitator, certified customer support specialist. He is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). He is the President of SIYB Nigeria Master Trainers Association, a member of Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA) and a member of Nigeria Institute of Training & Development Association.
Noruwa has been involved in the Organizational Development and Facilitation of Training programs for Senior & Top Management staff of all the organizations on our client profile list and much more.

Currently, he is the Lead Facilitator for Mind+ Facilitation Nigeria Limited; he is also a guest speaker/facilitator. He is the Managing Director of Mind+ Facilitator Nigeria Limited.
