Aderinwale provides consulting services for several international agencies including the United Nations, the European Union and the former Organisation of African Unity, now known as the African Union.
Ayo serves in various boards and he is part of the Board of Director of Justrite Limited and Business School Netherlands and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Bell Educational Services, as well as Bell Comprehensive College for Boys and Girls.
